Sean T. Klimczak — Senior MD of Private Equity Group & Global Head of Infrastructure Business at The Blackstone Group

Mr. Sean T. Klimczak serves as a Senior Managing Director of Private Equity Group and Global Head of Infrastructure Business at The Blackstone Group L.P. He is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure at The Blackstone Group, Private Equity Group. Mr. Klimczak serves as an Advisor of WindMW GmbH. He is a Principal in the Corporate Private Equity group. He serves as a Manager of Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC. Since joining The Blackstone Group in 2005, he has been involved in analyzing investments in various industries. He served as a Senior Managing Director at Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC. He served as Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group L.P. and The Blackstone Group, Private Equity Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2005, Mr. Klimczak has been involved in the execution of several Blackstone investments. He is responsible for investments in the power sector with a focus on power generation, natural resources and transmission. He served as an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, where he was involved with the analysis and execution of domestic and international private equity investments in a wide range of industries. Prior to that, He worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley & Company's Investment Banking Division. He was employed at Morgan Stanley. He has been a Member of Park Advisory Board at Universal City Development Partners Ltd. since March 2008. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary's College and as a member of the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Advisory Council.
