As CEO, Dave leads the firm’s strategic direction and remains actively engaged with clients, bringing pattern recognition, judgment, and clarity to complex hiring decisions. His work is grounded in a deep belief that talent decisions can change the trajectory of a company, especially in healthcare and life sciences, where those decisions ultimately impact patient outcomes.
Dave has led executive and strategic searches across clinical, scientific, medical, commercial, and corporate functions. He has also partners with companies at pivotal moments, from early-stage buildouts to large-scale commercial expansions, where the cost of getting talent wrong is high.
Dave serves on the board of Life Science Cares, and previously served on the Board of Trustees for Health Equity International, Hack.Diversity, and the Nativity Preparatory School Boston.
Before Bowdoin, Dave began his career at Procter & Gamble and held senior roles in the talent industry. He holds a B.A. in Government from Bowdoin College. Outside of work, Dave can be found hiking, golfing, or spending time with his family.
