The Breakers Palm Beach Internship Program

The LEAD Program is a 10-week-long internship that exposes participants to The Breakers' experience and how a high-volume, luxury property operates. This initiative is designed to successfully prepare individuals for future hospitality endeavors by helping them learn, engage, achieve and develop. The program includes a kick-off meeting, a one-on-one meeting with an executive group member, exposure to work teams, shadowing opportunities, team-building events, workshops and more.
