They make you feel like a valued member of the team. They really took care of employees during Covid.

Competitive salary. Good benefits. Great 401k match and stock purchase plan.

Very low turnover for the industry. Promotions from within the organization

Genuine conversations about opportunities and future
They were quick to respond.
My manager was friendly and welcoming she got to know who I was first as a person and then asked me technical questions
