Not being spoken to disrespectfully is a good start. Employees matter abd should he respected.

Promote fairly. Get rid and make an example of anyone selling jobs. The Casino manager has been selling dealing jobs for a while now- everyone knows it, yet nothing is done about it.

Lazy and necer wamt to work more than 2 days a week

We have at least five meetings a day thst last an hour. Could cover all meetings in ten minites at one time

Maybe we need to contact a union about organizing in order to be treated fairly and spared from retaliation by a petty, vindictive management team that borders on the verge of being sadistic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Absolutely nothing. The constant harassment, retaliation and blatant targeting I have been subjected to have left me with a severe case of PTSD.

Not feeling intimidated by management is a good start

Management needs to be accountable for their misdeeds- which are plenty. Ideally, a massive overhaul would happen, and people that were strong, capable and fair leaders would be brought in to run it.
