Not being spoken to disrespectfully is a good start. Employees matter abd should he respected.
Promote fairly. Get rid and make an example of anyone selling jobs. The Casino manager has been selling dealing jobs for a while now- everyone knows it, yet nothing is done about it.

We have at least five meetings a day thst last an hour. Could cover all meetings in ten minites at one time
Maybe we need to contact a union about organizing in order to be treated fairly and spared from retaliation by a petty, vindictive management team that borders on the verge of being sadistic.
