What do you like best about the leadership team?They are extremely supportive of growth and always willing to jump in to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?Many of them have the same goals and are extremely helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The commission structure is strongly lacking. The PTO/work from home policy is underwhelming. The deductibles on insurance are far too high.
