It was great for about 7 years until they changed the duties to where my education and 20 years experience matters not at all - and not just for me - for everyone within my career cone. We are all overqualified and understimulated at work now.

What makes you most happy at work?
Not much anymore since they changed the duties and responsibilities of my position from HR to only Recruiting. I have nothing to do for about 7.8 hours of the day.
