It was great for about 7 years until they changed the duties to where my education and 20 years experience matters not at all - and not just for me - for everyone within my career cone. We are all overqualified and understimulated at work now.
I really enjoy working with the exchange. There are great advancement opportunities and the transfer process is easy and promising.
