What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing Particular About them -
I am new but because of my retail and managerial background my manager is already talking to me about career building advancements and courses that I can take to better myself and my resume.
They do physical work with the employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement Pension - 5.2 weeks of Vacation leave a year with unlimited sick leave carry over from year to year and paid holidays
At times is comparable to outside jobs around town.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We tend to assist each other when needed
Communication is really good among everyone

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our mission is the most positive
For the most part, we all get along!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Face to Face Interview -
It was easy going and I was able to ask a lot of questions and I felt that the hiring manager was willing to really find a position and location for me that would accommodate my hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
The easy going nature of my work and that it is an environment that elicits a good mood.
My coworkers are great. Lots of flexibility.
Not much anymore since they changed the duties and responsibilities of my position from HR to only Recruiting. I have nothing to do for about 7.8 hours of the day.
