What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication and understanding of our production and quality.
They are incredibly smart, both at business and at creative engineering
They know how to stretch a dollar bill. When it comes to an outside the box solution, they have it nailed.

I feel undervalued because they've made it very apparent we're replaceable.
