What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and care about us. They gave us several pay increases when we needed them most.
They are visible, available and very supportive.
They listen to the employees and make you feel valued.
They are visible. They round around our hospitals and clinics throughout PA and NY.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay and benefits. They take care of us.
Competitive pay and opportunity for advancement.
We finally have vision insurance
Retirement plan is exceptional. My pay if very fair.
The base salary is the best part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I do. I feel like my value and skill set is a knowledge more by the patient that my leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along great and enjoy working together

What did you like most about the interview process?
The amount of time it takes to get the interview. Then it's about a month after you except the job.
It was a competitive process and but the recruiter was very responsive.
It's competitive but very responsive and got an overview of job, work environment, etc.
The recruiter was wonderful. Responsive and informative.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They are very slow to contact prospective employees and sometimes people move on to other jobs due to the wait

My boss and the people I work with.
My coworkers and my manager.
The people here at Guthrie are truly amazing.
The team that reports to me is exceptional.
