Mr. David N. Dungan co-founded The Hackett Group, Inc. in 1997 and has been its Chief Operating Officer of The Hackett Group, Inc. (a/k/a Answerthink Inc.) since March 2000. Mr. Dungan served as Managing Director at The Hackett Group, Inc. until March 2000. Prior to founding The Hackett Group, Inc. Mr. Dungan served as the National Partner-in-Charge of the World Class Finance Practice of KPMG LLP's (KPMG's) Strategic Consulting Practice from May 1994 to February 1997. Mr. Dungan joined KPMG in 1986 and until May 1994, held various executive positions with it. Mr. Dungan has been a Vice Chairman and a Director of The Hackett Group, Inc. since February 2006 and March 2000, respectively. Mr. Dungan serves as a Director of Hackett Group (India), Ltd.
