for learning its best and also for skills
The total package with base, commissions and benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation practices are neither modern nor competitive. Benefits offerings are not competitive with other consulting firms starting with paid time off and vacation time.
Benefits are terrible - need more people in operations support for employees. ERP practice is the only one that has a community culture my practice only consist of people who are billable no where for community
The compensation paid is not fair to the work that is extracted out of employees and there is no respect or motivation with the manager for the work performed which sometimes makes it feel like not a worthy position for the caliber of the employee

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The caliber and capabilities in the team are limited due to the low compensation offered at various career levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work and autonomy during the workday, even if long, is offered. Working from home offers great flexibility in when you get work done.
The culture at the company is pretty much like any other company and we feel comfortable at our own space without any kind of discrimination

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Having typical company staff. Operations, HR, Rewards and benefits.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short interviews that seemed like they were selling me more than me selling them to get the role.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Market relevance of offerings is off track due to long time employees not getting out in the market and looking at competitor offerings. Need a better outside-in view to know what's missing from offerings.
