What did you like most about the interview process?Short interviews that seemed like they were selling me more than me selling them to get the role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Remote work and autonomy during the workday, even if long, is offered. Working from home offers great flexibility in when you get work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They support remote work and autonomy in getting work done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Market relevance of offerings is off track due to long time employees not getting out in the market and looking at competitor offerings. Need a better outside-in view to know what's missing from offerings.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The caliber and capabilities in the team are limited due to the low compensation offered at various career levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation practices are neither modern nor competitive. Benefits offerings are not competitive with other consulting firms starting with paid time off and vacation time.
