Compensation practices are neither modern nor competitive. Benefits offerings are not competitive with other consulting firms starting with paid time off and vacation time.
Benefits are terrible - need more people in operations support for employees. ERP practice is the only one that has a community culture my practice only consist of people who are billable no where for community
The compensation paid is not fair to the work that is extracted out of employees and there is no respect or motivation with the manager for the work performed which sometimes makes it feel like not a worthy position for the caliber of the employee
