It has been the worst experience I have ever had at a job.I am so dissatisfied.I feel like I am walking into a war zone every time I go in.

They all argue and fight and it is ridiculous.Jealousy is prevalent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Justice they are treating me terribly because of my disabilities instead of making accomodations for them as they should.
