the people are really nice and caring. Everyone is happy to help new people on-board and get important work done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were easy and meaningful for me to answer so they did some pre-work to prepare and that made the interview more enjoyable
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like my manager and all of my co-workers. I think there are lots of great training courses offered through the Honest University.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the Leadership team is always available for help, and I respect how experienced they are. Especially the CEO and Chief People Officer and my Marketing leader too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have a lot of flexibility , so when I want to go into an office I can, or if I want to work from home I can do that too. Everyone is very helpful
