It has been truly rewarding working at the Honest Company. I have been here for over 1.5 years now and have seen the company go from private to public and have been a part of the transitions and growth along the way. I also have experienced incredible opportunities to grow my career while here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel very fulfilled in the work I do every day and feel like I am making a difference. I also am truly grateful for the amount of professional growth I have had in just over 1.5 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that I have exposure to the C-suite and leaders and can communicate with them on a weekly basis. They have an open door policy and are very inviting. They also truly demonstrate our core values and the passion they have for our mission and the work we are doing at Honest.
