That we have a unison goal to help positively impact our employees, clients, and potential candidates lives in the thousands. It isn't about the top dollar, but the true impact we bring to everyone we encounter.

The leadership/management of The HT Group are noteworthy. They demonstrate the utmost professionalism while being empathetic and genuine. They are open to creative thinking, alternative solutions, and group decisions. They exhibit transparency and accountability without micromanagement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smaller office environment with upbeat positive personalities. Everyone works together as a team and no one has an issue with assisting others when needed. The quality of relationship and trust are hard to find. Everyone here is genuine and sincere.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The in person interviews. It helps keep things personable and opens the floor for transparency and fair evaluation. Everyone situation is different and we are able to take the time to really get to know what someone offers other than what is put down on paper.
