Great leadership and feedback on all projects
They genuinely care about the employees in the company
Their openess to hear new and fresh ideas. Always following thru on what they say they're going to do
They are quick to listen and do not mind helping answer questions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Able to use my PTO when I need to.
I would say the fair wages and the encouragement to use my PTO to attend family engagements
Market pay, great commission plan
I can earn unlimited commission and my compensation will never be capped
Earning commission on top of base salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
All very hard working and driven individuals
Teamwork, we work together for the common good
they're all willing to step in and help.
Everyone works together as a TEAM, we are a FAMILY!
Smaller office environment with upbeat positive personalities. Everyone works together as a team and no one has an issue with assisting others when needed. The quality of relationship and trust are hard to find. Everyone here is genuine and sincere.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is encouraged to brag on their coworkers during the kudos meetings, it shows others do care.
I would say attitude all have great attitudes.
the family culture of the company
That we have a unison goal to help positively impact our employees, clients, and potential candidates lives in the thousands. It isn't about the top dollar, but the true impact we bring to everyone we encounter.
Working primarily remote lets me get my job done at my pace. Small company without corp beauracry.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
That everyone was very excited to meet me and that it wasn't an interrogation style interview
It was quick and they made a decision very fast.
It gave me a chance to meet with folks from all three divisions within the company.
The in person interviews. It helps keep things personable and opens the floor for transparency and fair evaluation. Everyone situation is different and we are able to take the time to really get to know what someone offers other than what is put down on paper.
The whole process. writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, following up with managers and candidates and making a hire.

What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to work from home.
I would say my fantastic coworkers
Closing deals of course. lol
Being able to serve two customers. Taking care of my clients while also changing people's futures by finding the right jobs for them.

Electronic timesheets process could be a little more user friendly.
