What did you like most about the interview process?
That everyone was very excited to meet me and that it wasn't an interrogation style interview
It was quick and they made a decision very fast.
It gave me a chance to meet with folks from all three divisions within the company.
The in person interviews. It helps keep things personable and opens the floor for transparency and fair evaluation. Everyone situation is different and we are able to take the time to really get to know what someone offers other than what is put down on paper.
The whole process. writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, following up with managers and candidates and making a hire.
I like that we give the PI as it gives you as an interviewer alot of insight on yourself.
Having the same vision and goals that leadership has for the overall being of the company and me and my family.
Got to meet several people from the company
Communication, Fast paced. Felt like I was part of the team from day 1
We are transparent with candidates and will move the process through quickly to respect everyone's time.
I got to meet several coworkers that gave me confidence about the company culture going into this job.
It was fairly quick and they made it personable. I wasn't uncomfortable at all.
They were welcoming and truly listened to what I had to say to make sure it was a fit for them and for me. They truly wanted to get to know me as a person which made me feel wanted and heard.
