What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open and receptive to feedback from anyone. Doesn't matter if you're an executive or a contractor, they listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have company lunches together about 2 times a month. I enjoy connecting with coworkers then and we also have a recognition program monthly at these lunches.
