The mission of the Institute for Family Health is to improve access to high quality, patient-centered primary health care targeted to the needs of medically underserved communities. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Endless list here: terrible patient service to get through costumer service average wait 45min, in office visit 2hrs, missing broken equipment, shortage of supplies sometimes even vaccines, outdated and barren/uninviting rooms and waiting rooms.
