    Friendly interviewer and down to earth, was pretty straight forward but took!several weeks

    They are good people just not the best for there position

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Poor communication and response to staff and patient needs, horrible management and severe staff burnout, lack of mobility and promotion, increased workload of staff with poor pay. No appreciation of employee input or rewards for hard work. Chronic staffing shortages with high attrition rates.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Significantly below average pay, constantly increasing work load with no appropriate pay increase, over my many years with the institute essentially negative pay raise if inflation and cost of living is taken into account. Working with no contract for years, oh and health insurance is horrendous!
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Endless list here: terrible patient service to get through costumer service average wait 45min, in office visit 2hrs, missing broken equipment, shortage of supplies sometimes even vaccines, outdated and barren/uninviting rooms and waiting rooms.
