Offer 401K right after hiring instead of waiting for a full year to receive benefits.

The people in also great working environment
I like 2-3 people on my team
Our communication is fail proof and we flow with the many changes that get thrown our way

Offer better trining and cross training rather than the on going criticizim.

The positive interactions always outweigh the negative and there is always someone to talk to if you have a real issue

I think that there is too much of a disconnect between everyone. The company is so large, there are a lot of people who do not know each other. Our CEO should care a little bit more about his employees in my opinion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did not let me leave here without a job

They keep it cool as far as the vibe...no one is super serious or deterring

Get rid of the hireview. Awkward and strange

Doing the job and being around good people
When I get in the elevator to leave the building
I'm most happy because I am in a field of work that I want to be in.
Working with good people and the few but heartfelt thanks we get for doing a difficult job while still smiling. Customer service first
