Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel undervalued because my daily tasks include things very much outside of my title. Things are just expected of you, no matter what it takes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think that there is too much of a disconnect between everyone. The company is so large, there are a lot of people who do not know each other. Our CEO should care a little bit more about his employees in my opinion.
