What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

All LHW employees are pleasant to work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Every member of the leadership team is friendly and approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My favorite part of my compensation package is a comprehensive healthcare plan at an incredibly competitive price.

What are some of the best things about your team?

When there are issues, the team is not interested in the blame game. The team is more interested in, how do we fix the issue and how do we avoid it moving forward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A job is just a job, it is not and will not become my lifestyle. As mentioned the work environment is pleasant and the teams are great but it is not something that I stay awake at night in anticipation of going to the next day.
