I love working with LHW. I love & enjoy managing travel of our UHNI clients & interacting globally with our hotelier's colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel increments needs to be evaluate as per local market situation. ( Cost of inflation is different in different countries)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that our leadership is quite transparent & believe in sharing . They keep all of us well informed on the development & enhancement in the company.
