I am fairly new to the LHW family and I love it. Not only do I get to bring my knowledge from my past jobs and use it on my new position but I am learning new things on the daily. I am also part of a team project where we are trying to bring change and automation to daily/monthly processes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very respectful and warm when they greet you. I am a firm believer that a lovely "good morning" or "hello" can change someone's day and you might not even know it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep everyone informed of what direction the company wants to go and what the goals are. This is a good way to keep everyone feeling like they are a part of the team and that together those goals can be achieved!
