I feel the Leadership Team are accessible to all employees and are available for our employee needs and concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare and even though the hybrid work schedule may not be part of the compensation package, I think it is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always available for collaboration and brainstorming and to discuss anything that is concerning at the drop of a dime.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is open and my colleagues are always willing to review topics. Mistakes and errors are viewed as an education for improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel as though my input is making a difference in someone's life. As well as the valuable interaction I have with my colleagues, I feel as though I learn something every day!
