We have the opportunity to explore our hotels through a travel benefit
The healthcare and even though the hybrid work schedule may not be part of the compensation package, I think it is great.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like a big family no matter where colleagues are based, we're all very much connected with each other and it feels like one knows everyone at the company. People are super supportive regardless from which department or if asks are beyond peoples' scope of work.
The Best! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help the team and clients.

We have a fantastic HR team that brings colleagues even closer together. Our monthly townhall meetings feel like a big family gathering. We hear news from colleagues everywhere. Also, we've got a great culture to cheer peers for their great work done through almost weekly appraisals visible to all

The fact that we have such an amazing and inspirational hotel portfolio with the best & most wonderful hotels around the world. This makes my daily job very intersting & diverse. We've got amazing colleagues that care about people not only at work but also privately. I feel supported in many ways
