What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care package and 401 k
The health coverage was the best part for my family.
Good bonus. Salary is competitive.

Affairs in the workplace daily
No benefits. Poorly paid contractor
Benefits need to be modernized
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated and hard working
We all get alone and do a very great job
We were determined to complete our task.
Great skill sets. Very knowledgeable.
Everybody is willing to do whatever needs to be done to accomplish goals, even if it's beneath their job title.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Moral is so low at this place. Nobody wants to help anyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive? Nothing about working here is positive... well, I got to see some good acts, so there's that.
The way that we help each make the customers feel safe and special
We all are like a family and enjoy each other

Trust in employees. Upper management that lasts more than 3 years

Just being able to work in an environment where I can interact with so many different people every day is exciting to me

I love working where I am now in the government because they make sure everyone is respected well.
