steady and reliable market wage

Base pay is quite competitive

401k match is very generous.

Stakeholder bonus that is paid quarterly.

The compmay offers good compensation packages

The Great Health Care plan.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stakeholder plan. Use of market data to set salary bands.

Quarterly stakeholder bonuses, matching 401k, and a free company summer outing!

Stakeholder is ok, nice workspace

Review from Engineering Dept

Go by performance. The most fairness package I've ever had

Pay is higher than large software companies, such as Oracle. Quarterly bonuses if company is doing well. (I've always received a bonus, for over 10 years.) Healthcare package is very good, but not great.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Looks like I'm being paid less than the industry standard.

Better hikes and market adjustment. Promotion based on skill and delivery of work rather than just on no of years spent in Mathworks

Higher salary, RSUs instead of the measly quarterly bonus we are offered.

1) To be paid equal to my male counterparts. 2) To have an environment where it is okay to discuss compensation with you manager and ask for a raise.
