What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let you know what they want and then trust you to work independently without micromanaging.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not to threaten your job because people are not wanting to sign up for credit!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really good insurance and 401K.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All they seem to care about is getting people to get credit cards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and are will to help each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To not be made to feel at such competition with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all a team working together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Acknowledge the good in employees.
