How employees describe working at The MIL Corporation
Good ole’ boy network is the only way to progress. Promotions and pay raises are based on who you know, who is your mom/dad/husband/wife. It’s not based in merit or accomplishments. If you are Hispanic or of Asian heritage, stay away from this place. You will never make it pass mid-level managem
Definitely, a great place to work. Your contributions are noticed and rewarded.

What's the office vibe like at The MIL Corporation?
Top Employee Response
Safe, friendly, and laid-back. No matter who you are you will feel welcome.
What are your coworkers at The MIL Corporation like?
Absolutely wonderful! Such a great group of people that really stick together in a cohesive way regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. There can be some who get too involved in the political mudslinging that comes with contracting and it is best to avoid them.
What's the company culture like at The MIL Corporation?
MIL is a very laid-back organization with an emphasis on protecting their own. The culture embraces new and different personalities and diverse backgrounds without friction. Given the nature of the contracting business there is very little sense of urgency placed upon employees, so there is plenty of time to get to know one another. Titles are ambiguous and meaningless, therefore don't expect to rise much on merit as it is more of a political culture.
