What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People dread to go to work knowing that most of our supervisors only care about themselves and how they can make themselves look good in front of their boss. There is no support system. EVERYTHING has to be recreated. There are ZERO repositories of documents that other can reference to do their job.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The obvious transparency in communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Feel trusted to do the job I was hired to do.
