Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working at a non-profit so the money doesn't go the staff as much as to outreach programs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could spend more time effectively communicating often one department does not know what the other is doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the work itself is rewarding and who doesn't love stories
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Real diversity and not superficial changes looking for someone who identifies with a minority group but of their social class.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not like it much it was very superficial and related more to an assessment of my personality and loyalty over my work experience and training

That I am able to leave this organization without any further investment in time. I learned a valuable lesson about work integrity and your employment responsibility
