What did you like most about the interview process?We had a clear frank discussion about what was wrong with the site and what steps needed to be taken to remove roadblocks within the funnel and speedup page rendering.
What are some of the best things about your team?Some teams have great individual contributors who tent to get shut down by micro-middle-managers.
What makes you most happy at work?There are some great people at The Muse who want to drive the company forward. Unfortunately, they are not always in management positions.
