What do you like best about the leadership team?
i love the positive attitudes, the friendliness, and the amount of welcome that is received by new recruits including me.
i appreciate the positivity and enthusiasm that the team displays
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team works incredibly hard to further their own careers at the expense of those who do the actual work. They are bosses- but as leaders, they fail to inspire.
Leadership. Those who readily accept the accolades and deflect failures are not fit to lead.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i love the compensation that they give
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises based on hard work, goals met, experience and merit would be fantastic. In fact, any raises at all would be miraculous.

My personal team is high functioning and effective. They are hindered by the stubbornness, sluggishness and ineffective micromanagement of senior management with

the most positive is the amount of nature, outdoors, and agriculture.

The next generation of leaders, the young, experienced management corps, has all left due to sheer frustration. Perhaps culture change starts at the top...
What did you like most about the interview process?
i loved the hands on training but most of all building bonds with new people

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Needlessly drawn out. Departments move slowly, organize slowly, communicate inefficiently. All the while candidates are left waiting.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy managing my team. They are, by and large, a hard working and takented group.
i love coming and seeing the agriculture along the way since its a garden as well as the many faces i've made connections with
going to view the beautiful scenery
