Needlessly drawn out. Departments move slowly, organize slowly, communicate inefficiently. All the while candidates are left waiting.

Raises based on hard work, goals met, experience and merit would be fantastic. In fact, any raises at all would be miraculous.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The next generation of leaders, the young, experienced management corps, has all left due to sheer frustration. Perhaps culture change starts at the top...
