It has been the best company I have ever worked for.

What can this brand most improve?

I left my place of business. I called to close out my account with Newport. They charged me $25 to cut a check. 28 days later & still no check. Money is what this company is. No service or product, they manage money. So, either they are just bad with money, or they are thieves with a scheme.

Worst experience during a hard time. I requested a hardship to withdraw money to purchase a home. All forms and documents were sent in with my request. They did everything in their power to over complicate the process. First they said my HR department signed their portion wrong; my HR department is

The hoops they will jump through to delay releasing your funds are astonishing. Customer service reps are in the dark so you will be on hold repeatedly as they ask someone else. I will be lucky if I get my funds within 2 months. It's a nightmare if you depend on your money.
