Working for The North Face in one of their Seattle stores was a great experience. I was privileged to have a great staff to work with and a manager with a lot of experience in the industry as well as the company to guide me during my time there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing was more focused on fit and compatibility with the team as a whole rather than on the nuts and bolts of my ability to do the job (which was well established). It was friendly and direct, more like a conversation than an interrogation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm providing people with quality goods and apparel that they can rely on for a lifetime. There's no hesitation about getting people what they need, and price becomes less of an issue for folks when they know that the TNF stands behind their products.
