Oval Insurance Broking Limited was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher — the international division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. outside of the United States — on 1 April 2014. Arthur J. Gallagher’s international division specialises in risk management and insurance solutions for commercial and personal customers. It has a regional UK network of client-focused branches in more than 50 locations. Each branch is dedicated to providing local service and support to businesses, backed up by national industry specialism.
