Work is ok - I like the department I work in but do not like what I'm currently doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating more often with office and team members. Communicating between departments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My role isn't very exciting - need more of a challenge in my position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with an awesome team, who are extremely friendly and open to discussing ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay your workers better! I have a masters degree and am paid less than $45k. Healthcare plan is way too expensive as well!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ice cream Wednesdays is a good start, but need a bit more fun in the office - celebrate the victories that the company has!
