Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am only seasonal and I DON'T GET ANY HOURS! NEVER AGAIN!
Pay your workers better! I have a masters degree and am paid less than $45k. Healthcare plan is way too expensive as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated to store and coworkers.
Hard workers, kind, funny enjoy being with
We all work well together and use our strengths to the benefit of the store
They are friendly to talk to.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the customers have been awesome
The company culture is not good. They tell you they are there for you then belittle and criticize you if you ask for help and have any questions
Managers are friendly to talk to and ask questions to.
Friendly happy responsive and fun
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ice cream Wednesdays is a good start, but need a bit more fun in the office - celebrate the victories that the company has!

I enjoy looking at the stock in the store.
The customer service. New products
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Owners need to visit shops more to make sure it's not toxic
My role isn't very exciting - need more of a challenge in my position.
