being more open to faster change. everything takes forever, by the time change happens, its already too late.

The benefits are amazing! And I feel I am paid fairly in my position

i am underpaid for the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all very supportive and respectful of each other. We all work great together which is so refreshing!
meetings are a waste of time because nothing gets done.

The diversity is great! I feel like a lot of groups are heard and supported.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
pay peoeple better. hire better talent. get rid of people that have been there forever. they are the blockers.
