  • I was hired on the spot with a job offer. Interviewed with immediate department director. Only contingent was phone interview with division president, that would of happened on same day but scheduling challenges.

  • Yes, both are required but their process was not in place at the time I worked their. We did have a few with accepted offers only later to discover issues, specifically with driving. Found a few that had suspended licenses or troubled backgrounds with driving and driving was a requirement. HR did not run them as requested immediately during the interview process.

  • Mine was different than most, I came in with experience and they knew it. It was very impromptu and casual. I immediately saw the environment was very casual and not what i was use to seeing, laid back. I should have taken that as a warning and asked more probing questions, especially when it came to accountability with the staff/workforce.

  • Actually, very good. Bringing interns in to experience real world environment/experience was rewarding to both employer and intern. You don't find to many employers willing to take on interns.
