Always there if you need help
Leadership is moving from micromanaging to team building management.
I have an amazing team

Listening to the employees and taking action to help any situation that arises
Diversity and listening to their workers. Giving out frozen turkeys on Thanksbiving is not it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great timeoff and Profit sharing packages
The company covering me when I need them
A christmas bonus although it has been decreasing for 5 straight years through good times too
The holiday bonus and profit sharing
Bonuses on top of base pay

Full benifits such as no coepay

Friendly, knowledgable, always willing to help
Amazing company to work for
We all have the same sense of humor and work together well
Team is made up of competent people who are willing to help each other out when needed
Working well with one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop complaining to your manager when not your way
Just dont have them they are a wast of time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Loving the new company love
Lunch break Is always fun
Very good place to work, as long as you get a good manager

I love working for the company
Getting hired on spot. But note you need to be friends with them to get hired
I got to speak to multiple different people at different levels of the organization to make the process more thorough
The test it was really eaisy
i got the job i wanted so it went well
