Daniel Mee — Senior Vice President of RMR Group LLC at The RMR Group

Mr. Daniel O. Mee serves as the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Tremont Mortgage Trust and is responsible for its analysis borrowers' credit characteristics and all investment collection efforts. Mr. Mee has served as Senior Vice President of he RMR Group LLC and Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. Mr. Mee is the Founder oef Tremont's predecessor business and oversees Tremont's investment operations as well as investor relations. Mr. Mee has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was Executive Director and an owner of Tremont Realty Capital, LLC, which he co-founded in 2000. Mr. Mee served as a Senior Director at Finova Realty Capital from 1997 to 2000, where he generated debt and equity transactions with major real estate developers. Previously, Mr. Mee served as a Regional Manager at The Rhodes Capital Company. Prior to Rhodes, Mr. Mee was a Senior Liquidation Specialist with the FDIC, managing distressed debt, REO assets and bank closings. Mr. Mee began his career at JP Morgan Chase Bank in New York City. Mr. Mee earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Mee has also been a licensed real estate broker since 1978.
