Mr. John Christopher Popeo serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Logistics Properties Trust. Mr. Popeo has been an Executive Vice President of RMR since 2008. Mr. Popeo previously served as RMR's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1997 to 2012, Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2008 and Vice President from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Popeo has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Select Income REIT since 2011 and was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Equity Commonwealth from 1999 to 2014. Prior to joining RMR, Mr. Popeo was employed at the Beacon Companies and at other real estate companies and accounting firms in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Mr. Popeo is a Certified Public Accountant.
